Application
Jinbao's UV curing machines are specially designed for fully automatic cylinder screen printing machines, but they can also be used together with other offset presses or UV printing machines.
The UV curing machine is controlled using a PLC system. The screen shows real-time lamp light intensity and lifespan. The machine is highly automatic and widely used for drying and dehumidification in screen printing, PCB printing, dyeing and printing and galvanization and curing after UV printing.

Feature
Independent cooling system
There is an independent cooling system for each set of lamps. The cooling system will automatically start operating once the curing machine is turned on. It can effectively control the inside temperature and save energy.
Automatic deviation rectification
The conveyer belt is made of highly abrasion resistant Teflon and capable of automatic deviation rectification.
Cover lifting device
The inside temperature is inspected at multiple points. When temperatures are abnormal, the machine will automatically shut down and the cover will lift.
The three sets of lamps can be separately controlled. There are three light intensity choices for the UV lamp, including 1/2, 3/4 and full power, which extends the service life of the lamps.
The maximum conveying speed of the variable frequency conveying system is 60m/minute.
