Automatic paint spraying line is composed of conveyor, 130# dust cleaning machine, reciprocating automatic paint spraying machine, leveling drying tunnel and vertical UV curing machine. It's used for the high-quality, large-quantity, continuous and automatic paint spraying works of plane surfaces and 4 board sides of panel workpieces, including panel furniture, solid wood doors, cabinet doors, art works, decorative panels, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards and fiber cement boards. The suitable paints include UV, PU, NC, water-based paints and fluorocarbon paint.

- Automatic paint spraying equipment can improve the product quality and increase production efficiency. At the same time, it can reduce paint consumption and save cost.
- High-pressure airless spray gun, low-pressure air spray gun and mid-pressure mixed-air spray gun can be chosen to meet the spraying requirements of different processes.
- The spraying line is equipped with feeding, conveying, dust cleaning and drying equipment to improve the spraying effect and largely shorten the dying time. Generally, the paint can reach surface drying state, preventing dust pollution and increase production efficiency.
