- For convenience of delivery, a modular design is adopted and all components are fixed on one base frame.
- Water furnace or heating system for coiled tubing containing heat conduction oil is adopted for convenience of heating on site.
- With emulsion fineness≤5μm, colloid mill adopts stainless steel for wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
- Variable-frequency drive can adjust the rotation speed of asphalt pump, and the flow rate of emulsified water (Displayed by the flow meter) is controlled by the valve. As a result, the operator can accurately control the content of asphalt in emulsified asphalt.
- The heat conduction oil system is equipped with interface for heating the clean water tank and preheating each type of pump casing before production.
- All materials contacting the emulsion are stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Therefore, the bitumen emulsion plant is suitable for producing each type of emulsified asphalt.
