Heated Desiccant Air Dryer
Heated desiccant air dryer removes moisture from compressed air to achieve dew point as low as -70℃. It performs desiccant regeneration process by reducing the pressure in the tower and passing purge air through the desiccant bed, thus minimizing the required volume of dry compressed air for higher efficiency of energy saving. The heat regenerated adsorption dryer requires only 6% dry purge air to distribute the heat throughout the desiccant bed, offering significant reduction of operating costs. Besides, this heated desiccant air dryer eliminates the use of external energy, this helps further reduce the investment costs for enterprises.
