Pinch Roll Feeder / Conveyor with Pinch Rolls
The pinch roll feeder provides the force needed for pipes to advance through a sequence of pipe production procedures. It enables pipes to pass through the roll forming machine, roll slitter, and pipe end facing and beveling machine.
According to customer-provided technical specifications, Wanxin is able to select the right conveyor model to fit customer's need. For small diameter steel pipes, the pinch rolls on the feeder would be correspondingly small. If most of the tasks involve large pipes, we would make the pinch rolls slightly larger.
The bodywork of the conveyor with pinch rolls is constructed from quality steel plates welded together. Pinch roll rotating speed is adjustable within a certain range. Important adjuncts to the pinch roll conveyor including the hydraulic system, gear reducer, and the motor are of well-known brands.
