Turbojet Fluid Bed Granulator Coater
Series LBF
Weiying LBF series turbojet fluid bed granulator coater has a blade-type fluidized bed of a certain slope, which permits a gas flow from the blades into the treatment space. In addition, nozzles for spraying the substance in the treatment space are widely used in the mass production of granules. In this way, granules are manufactured directly and very quickly from a supply of materials with the addition of binding agent or coating solvent. More specifically, the turbojet fluid bed granulator coater is applicable in thin film, enteric and slow release coating of powder, granules and pellets, as well as coating of taste masking, humidity resistance, water-proofing, heat insulation, coloring, and isolation.
- The granules that manufactured with the turbojet fluid bed granulator coater are of high quality, which are porous, fast-soluble, and not easy to break;
