VS series sand making plant is a modular system for producing high quality sand and cubical shaped aggregates. With a fully enclosed structure, this sand making plant combines functions of aggregate shaping, gradation optimization, sand production, water content control and environmental treatment. It can be used with continuous and batch type asphalt mixing plant to improve the quality of finished asphalt, reduce the waste of aggregates while enhancing the production efficiency. Besides, this sand plant is also a perfect solution to provide the manufactured sand rivaling the natural sand for manufacturing concrete and dry mixed mortar.
Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
- The VSI crusher adopts an impeller with four-port deep cavity, and discharge port allowing large fragments to pass through;
- Inline vibration testing;
- With variable frequency control, the speed can be adjusted according to different aggregate materials to optimize the gradation of finished materials;
Gravity Dust Collector
- Vibratory feeder for material distribution;
- Gravity dust collector for dust removal, the feeding chute features damping plate to ensure superior wear and impact resistance;
- Centrifugal fan allows for air flow adjustment;
Aggregate Screening System
- The body of aggregate bin is constructed with high grade steel panels to ensure robust and wear-resistant structure;
- Several discharge ports;
- Two multi-channel V-separators for separating fine materials;
- Available in connections for connecting ductwork to duct collector;
Dust Collection & Storage System for Fine Materials
- Single-stage twin cyclone dust collector, adjustable filtration efficiency;
- Two offline pulse jet baghouse dust collectors are arranged in parallel rows, dust emission is less than 20mg/Nm³;
- Storage bin has a double-container structure with two discharge ports;
Recycled Material Weighing & Aggregates Metal Removing
- Conveyor belt weighing system is used for recycled material weighing, allowing for accurate control on feeding capacity from cold feed bin in real-time through control system;
- Conveyor belt paired with permanent magnets to remove harmful metals from the aggregates, therefore protecting crusher from being damaged;
