Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape
AMG-TAP thermally conductive adhesive transfer tape, with both thermal conduction and adhesion functions, is used to effectively attach to the heating component and heat sink surfaces instead of a mechanical fixation, as well as fill uneven surfaces.
AMG provides high quality thermally conductive tape, with sheet or coiled tap customized according to unique customer needs. This tape can also be slit into the required width and shapes through different die cutting applications.
