Casting Plastic Sheet Extruder
Designed based on advanced plastic-machinery production technologies, JDLYSP-105 series casting plastic sheet extruder can be used to produce PP plastic sheets, PE plastic sheets and PS sheets, and more.
The thickness of finished cast sheet is 0.08-0.6mm. Low thickness sheet is widely used for vacuum forming, also for making stationery, etc.
- This casting plastic sheet extrusion line is composed with an extruder, a calender, a winder, as well as an electric control cabinet.
- Nitrogen treated alloy steel (38CRMOALA) is adopted to make screws and cylinders to ensure perfect hardness, anti-corrosion and long lifetime, etc.
- In order to ensure uniform thickness and smooth surface of sheet, the flow channel in die head is designed in coat-hanger style.
- The cycle water inside the calendar achieves an excellent cooling effect.
