Thesingle core prefabricated branch cable is manufactured in compliance with theGB/T12706.1-2001, JG/T147-2002 or JCS 376A-1992 standards.

1. Insulation resistance≥200МΩ/km
2. HV test ≥3.5kV/1min
3. Our single core prefabricated branch cablefeatures good air tightness and water resistance. i.e.if the pre-branch cable is immersed into water, the insulation resistance andHV test should meet the requirement of clause 1 and 2.
4. It has a low contact resistance. The ratio of contact resistance and basisresistance on the same length of pre-branch cable is no more than 1.2.
5. This single core prefabricated branch cable stands out with high shortcircuit strength on contact points. The contact resistance ratio is no morethan 0.2 after short circuit.
6. Time of self-extinguishing for FR pre-branch cable is no more than 12s.
7. FR pre-branch cable can keep operating for 90min during fire disaster.
8. The maximum operating temperature for Cu conductor PVC insulatedpre-branch cable is 70℃.
9. The maximum operating temperature for Cu conductor XLPE insulated pre-branchcable is 90℃.
10. Our single core prefabricated branch cable features good corrosionresistance, resisting attack by various corrosive agents suchas inorganic salt, oil, acid and organic solvent.
11. Theambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation.
