Inside a gasketed plate heat exchanger, two fluid types at different temperatures achieve a heat transfer and cooling through the plate. Our gasketed plate heat exchangers feature a high thermal efficiency, high heat recovery efficiency and small footprint. Under the same pressure loss conditions, it has a higher heat transfer coefficient, over 90% heat recovery efficiency, and 1/3 of the floor space, compared with conventional tubular heat exchangers.
Made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, the plate features a variety of corrugated patterns conductive to increasing an effective heat transfer area, thus slowing the rate of dirt accumulation and strengthening the plate rigidity.
