This drum hot melt spraying machine provides anideal solution to the smaller-scale applications of adhesives (such as PUR) invarious occasions. Compared with the traditional tank melter, this drum melting machine could melt adhesives in a gradualway, supplying fluid adhesive of a specific amount decided by the realproduction needs. It could not only avoid waste of hot melt adhesive but alsoprevent it from contacting air.

1. Our drum melter could melt adhesive in agradual way. The heating plate of the meter is placed above the adhesive. Whenit is heated, this plate will just contact the top layer of the adhesive barrel.As the temperature reaches to the melting point, adhesive in the upper part ofthe barrel will get melt while adhesive at the bottom part will remain intact.That is why this drum melter could supply adhesive of accurate amount as theproduction needs;

2. Adhesive in the barrel is protected from air during the melting operation ofthe melter. Equipped with an O-shape sealing ring between the outer ring of theheating plate and the inner ring of the adhesive barrel, this drum melter couldprevent the melt adhesive from contacting air, ensuring the sound quality ofPUR adhesive;

3. This drum melter enjoys aspecial protective Teflon coating. Its heating plate is coated with a layer ofTeflon coating which could perfectly avoid carbonization of the fluid adhesiveand congestion inside, ensuring good quality of the adhesive;

4. This melting equipment allowsstepless-adjustment of the adhesive release amount. The melter is equipped witha high-precision gear pump and a motor which adopts the stepless frequencyconverter to change the running speed and accurately control the adhesiverelease amount;

5. Its main motor is more user-friendly. It will not start to operate until thetemperature of the heating plate reaches the value set by the temperaturecontroller. Therefore, it could effectively protect the equipment from themisoperation of operators;

6. On the lower part of its air cylinder, there is a travel switch attachedwith an indicator light which will turn yellow showing that the heating platehas come to the bottom part of the adhesive barrel.
