Application
The Sikes' 55kVA-400kVA regenerative power unit is dedicated to eliminate regenerative energy of motors under harsh working conditions such as that of mine elevating conveyors, salvage ships, winches and forging devices. In practice, the power unit detects the voltage in DC bus, and then inverts the regenerative energy back to power grid. Through the process, the device exercises energy efficiency and environmental protection and prevents the inverter from stepping into over voltage protection, securing regular service of the motors.

The regenerative power unit is widely used in mine elevating conveyors, salvage ships, winches, oil pumping machines, cranes, tower cranes and high power cutters.

Feature
1. The regenerative power unit supports simultaneous use of multiple units, connected in parallel.
2. The power unit adopts 32 bit high performance microprocessor chip with quick response and high-precision control is adopted to secure safe, stable and reliable execution of the device.
3. SPWM modulation is applied to significantly reduce distortion in current, form excellent sine wave current and enhance power factor.
4. Intelligent detection and control of current, voltage and temperature are exerted by the power unit during accelerating, decelerating and stable operating of the motor.
5. The device provides an operation panel showing input DC voltage, output AC voltage, output AC current and module temperature, with an interior memory unit recording the input voltage, output voltage/current and module temperature at last fault. The panel supports changing in its action potential; execution parameters on the panel can be modified using press keys.
6. Various protection functionalities are used to prevent power grid flowing back, overheating, overcurrent, out of phase, undervoltage and short circuit.
7. The power unit adopts self-adaptive wiring techniques, with no need to disassemble the discharging resistor, to distinguish the positive and negative poles of the bus, or to distinguish the three phases when connecting to power grids.
8. An intelligent cooling fan and a low frequency wave filtering device is embedded in the product.
9. The regenerative power unit is compatible with all elevators, oil pumping machines, tower cranes and cranes, domestic or imported.
