Two general assembly lines and a dust-free assembly workshop are outfitted, ensuring our production processes meet a variety of industry requirements for a dust free environment.
Backed by extensive manufacturing experience, we also understand how to reasonably and efficiently improve the product design process, control the total production cost, and achieve an efficient production for a win win situation. For example, the rivet welding process for the chassis assembly is completed via stamping, thus shortening the production process and directly saving labor and material costs.
In addition, we will assist customers in improving product structure, thereby simplifying the production process and reducing manufacturing costs without affecting function, use, or assembly.
