Ultrasonic cutter is applicable for rubber, silica gel, plastic, metal plate and cloth.

Ultrasonic cutter consists of an ultrasonic generator, a converter, a booster and a blade.

Ultrasonic generator works by converting utility power into high frequency and high voltage electricity. It will be transmitted to converter, which will convert the electricity into ultrasound. The converter will move back and forth vertically and the frequency of the movement is equivalent to that of the high voltage electricity that powers the generator.


Converter translates electricity into ultrasound and then sends it to the next part without much consumption.

Ultrasonic booster magnifies the amplitude of the ultrasound.


Ultrasonic blade magnifies the amplitude to an even larger extent. The blade releases ultrasound and gathers it around. Without much effort, the blade can slice or cut materials.
