80 Ton Ice Brick Machine for Hainan Comprehensive Refrigeration Plant
This Hainan Refrigeration Plant is about 50 meters away from the elevated line of Hainan Round Island High Speed Rail and was previously using an ammonia system. There was a fire in 2013 due to the improper manual operation, which posed a certain risk.
Therefore, this client dismantled the old system and implemented the new Freon project. We provided them with a brine ice system with a daily capacity of 80 tons, a 6,000 square meters of refrigerators and a single unit of flat plate quick-freezing equipment with a quick-freezing capacity of 15 tons. The refrigerator and the flat plate quick-freezing equipment share a parallel screw unit. The whole system is fully automatic controlled, with remarkable energy-saving effect.
