  1.KAISHAN KSZJ portable screw air compressor equips a patented main structure, which is specially designed for coping with the maximum working pressure of 40 bar. The rotor comes with patented shaped wire to offer higher efficiency. The air compressor features two-stage compression, providing a flexible design for the cone valve, heavy-duty design, SKF bearing, direct drive, excellent structure and no gear noise and high reliability. Besides, it comes with a dual working condition switching design, namely, users can set a 33 m3 and 25 bar or 26 m3 and 35bar working condition, and switching is convenient and fast.

Besides, the independent oil, water- and air-cooling system, together with a large diameter fan, makes the air compressor suitable for cold and hot climates.

  4.Three-stage air filter system.

  1.KAISHAN portable screw air compressor adopts a reliable air flow control system. According to the air consumption, the inlet air volume is adjustable within the range of 0-100%. In addition, the accelerator of the engine is also adjustable to save fuel consumption as much as possible.

  2.A microcomputer is installed to monitor the exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, rotary speed, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel tank level and other operating parameters. It also has functions of automatic alarming and shutdown protection.

  3.Multi-stage air filter allows the screw air compressor to work under dusty conditions. The multi-stage fuel strainer is specially designed to adapt the domestic fuel quality. Besides, the super oil/water cooler allows for the operation in high temperature and high pressure environment.
