Hydraulic Cylinders for Mining Equipment
The mining industry demands higher hydraulic power, and Changjiang is keeping pace by supplying a range of medium to high pressure hydraulic cylinders for mining equipment. Maximum pressure is 27.5MPa. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 100°C, but in cold areas the temperature limits are -40°C and 90°C.
Features of Hydraulic Cylinder
Small Size, Lightweight, High-Strength
By analyzing how often a hydraulic mining cylinder is subjected to a specific load, we are able to design a cylinder that resists fatigue. Starting with best steel materials, we build our cylinder and piston rod using advanced processing and welding technology. Via ultrasonic flaw detection, we make sure every hydraulic cylinder is clear of imperfections and measures up to standards in aspects of strength, size, weight, and reliability.
Sealing System
Given the dusty environment involved in mining operations, we use specially designed seals to keep out sands and dust all while sealing against oil leak so that the oil film protecting the piston rod is always intact.
Cylinder
We vary the wall thickness according to the required size and strength of the cylinder. Internal surface is roller burnished to achieve optimal surface roughness, hardness and wear resistance.
Piston Rod
High-frequency induction hardening (quenching), paired with chrome over nickel plating, gives the piston rod improved resistance to rust, wear and potential physical damage. CNC roller burnishing ensures excellent surface finish that helps preserve the oil film for extended service life.
Safety/Buffer Features
Safety and buffer features such as stroke counter, emergency shutoff valves, etc., can be added to the hydraulic cylinder upon request. Built-end rod end cushion absorbs impact at the end of the rod stroke.
