Radiator Valve, Brass Valve
The radiator valves are generally made of CW617N or CU57-3 brass.
We also use CW602N brass, CW625N brass, CW725N brass, etc., as the raw materials for radiator valves body and internal parts such as valve spindles. Various surface treatments can be offered according to customers' requirements, such as nickel plating and polished chrome plating.
The seals are made using certified EPDM materials that are resistant to high temperatures and durable to protect the valve from inside flowed hot water. We offer three types of radiator valves: angle valve, straight valve and backwater valve, with the regular size of 1/2".
In order to ensure the leakproofness of the product, every single radiator valve will be tested by using water pressure machine before sending to customers. Endurance tests for radiator valves are also done frequently to make sure the products can be “open-close” for minimum 10,000 times.
