The steel straight seam welded pipe adopts the strip steel as the raw material. It is produced on welding equipment through straight welding. Due to the features of easy production process and high production efficiency, the product has better price advantage for its low cost than the spiral welded tube. It is often used in public waterworks, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation and urban construction.
We have two sets of steel straight seam submerged arc welded pipe production lines and can produce the product with various specifications to meet the application needs of different occasions. The nominal diameter and wall thickness of our straight seam welded product are from 200 to 4000mm and 4 to 40mm respectively. Meanwhile, the materials are Q235, Q345 and pipeline steel with the steel grade ranging from A to X80 for customers to choose. In addition, we can also provide the product with larger diameter which can be applied to the steel tube pile project of bridge crossing river and sea with large span.
