GS-Chitosan Oligosaccharide

GS-chitosan oligosaccharide is trade name. The raw material for this product is food-grade chitosan extracted from Alaska crab cod and one of the core technologies is GS-chitosanase which is independently developed by our company. The enzyme is very suitable to controlled enzymatic hydrolysis and we can manufacture our product in batch steadily and repeatedly through the combination of strict control of the enzymatic reaction conditions and membrane separation technology. This product has specific degree of polymerization and narrow distribution. Generally, dispersity is lower than 1.5 so physiological and biochemical activity of this product is significantly higher than other kinds of products with no particular degree of polymerization and larger dispersity. Of course, our company can manufacture water-soluble low molecular weight GS-chitosan oligosaccharide and other products without specific requirements on polymerization degree and dispersity.
