Indoor unit assembly
SHARBO has 3 assembly lines for air conditioner indoor unit. Each assembly line is designed to complete assembling one indoor unit in 10 sec, which means that the output of only one assembly line can reach up to 360 indoor units in an hour. And the highest total production capacity of one assembly line is 22,000 indoor units a day.
In addition, Ainuo safety comprehensive tester and anechoic chamber with a length of 10m for noise emission test are adopted to ensure the indoor units’ quality.

Outdoor unit assembly
SHARBO has 3 assembly lines for air conditioner outdoor unit. Each assembly line is designed to complete assembling one outdoor unit in 15 sec, which means that the output of only one assembly line can reach up to 240 outdoor units in an hour. And the highest total production capacity of one assembly line is 15,000 outdoor units a day.
Furthermore, this outdoor unit assembly line adopts many corollary equipment including Jingda bending machine, Ulvac (JPN) vacuum pump, double system refrigerant charging machine, etc.
