Cattle and Sheep Slaughtering Line in Mongolia
MBU TRADE is a large-scale meat processing company in Mongolia. MBU has been exporting its products to China for many years. Mr. Bartow, their general manager, has studied in China and was interested in Chinese made products. When MBU TRADE planned to build a new slaughterhouse, Mr. Bartow came to China to find a Chinese slaughter line. He found that the slaughter lines manufactured by Jianhua provided excellent quality at a good price.
After further communication, we learned that animal slaughter in Mongolia is seasonal. The sheep and cattle are completely slaughtered when the grass goes yellow. It puts higher efficiency requirements on the slaughter line. We designed the slaughter line with a technological process of two shifts a day to meet their requirements. Finally, Mr. Bartow placed an order of a cattle slaughter line that could process 500 head of cattle per shift and a sheep slaughter line handling 3000 heads per shift.
