CBFI-12 ton Block Ice Plant in the Philippines
This client is located in Cebu, Philippines, a city known for its large population and highly developed commercial and industrial center.
This client operates a fishing farm and sells not only fish, but also ice for preservation. The demand for ice is over 20 tons per day. Especially during the hot season, the supply and quality of ice did not meet his demand which increased the cost of seafood and reduced the profitability of his business.
Therefore, the customer decided to invest in his own ice plant to secure his demand and to be able to sell the rest of the ice to make money. We provided him with 2 ice machines of 12 tons, 60 cubic meters of freezer, ice crusher.
In this case, it reduces the cost and makes his business more profitable.
Daily capacity: 12 Tons, single carbon steel brine tank with coil tube type evaporator, with 160 pcs of stainless steel ice cans, weight of ice block is 25kg, and can harvest ice 3 times one day.
