Our work1. Server Case for Bitcoin Mining
In 2013, Beijing Bitcoin contacted us to customize a metal case for their Bitcoin mining rigs. They presented strict requirements for dimensional accuracy for the outer casing to ensure the assembly tolerance of the components within 0.2mm. Our excellent mold design capabilities allowed us to meet these requirements.
After the tests, our clients approved our products and we established a cooperative relationship to supply them with products almost every month. Besides the server cases, we also provide 40% of the components, manufacturing up to 600,000 sets in one month.
2. Metal Electrical Enclosure
This is a very versatile standard metal electrical enclosure, including the bottom box and the top cover. We mostly apply 1060 aluminum alloy. The daily production capacity can be over 20,000 sets, and the assembly tolerance is controlled within 0.2mm.
3. Power supply metal enclosure
These power supply metal enclosures have high requirement on the assembly process. For example, we can precisely control the gap of the hinge part within 0.2mm, and as it is very uniform, it can be tightly closed when closing the cover. According to our client's request, the connection between the hinge and the box can be welded or riveted overall.
The common raw materials for fabricating power supply metal enclosure include cold rolled carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
