All of the qualified raw materials brought into our factor will be classified and placed in a climate controlled warehouse.

Several common materials are as follows.

Full Grain Leather

Full grain leather is the first layer of the hide from the cow with dense and thin fiber layers. The full grain leather is of good strength and elasticity and is easy to process. This is the most common material we use and is the raw material of our most belts and bags. We have extensive sources of full grain leather, including America, Brazil, Italy, and so on. The thickness of the full grain leather can range from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm, and the most suitable leather type and leather thickness will be chosen according to the product requirement and cost consideration.

Split Suede

Split suede is the second or lower layer of the skin left after removing the full grain layer. It can become leather similar to the full grain leather by pigment split or PU coated split and become leather similar to suede by special processing. It belongs to leather, and reserves some elasticity of leather, but with relatively low strength. The split suedes of different types can be utilized alone or combined with the full grain leather, regenerated leather or PU to fabricate various belts and bags. The combination of different materials will show rich and varied styles.

Faux Leather

PU is the most common type of faux leather, which is made into a variety of bags and belts because of its soft texture and good processability. Meanwhile, PU faux leather offers good toughness and is able to withstand light tearing, and is waterproof to some extent. What's more, PU is a kind of environment-friendly material, which can be naturally hydrolyzed after certain years without pollution and harm to the environment.

Polyester

Among popular accessories, polyester is the most widely used material, which is easy to fabricate faux cotton product. Polyester also has an advantage in price. At present many textile mills are devoting to improve the characteristics of the yarn and increase the diversity of this material in function.

Nylon

The greatest advantage of nylon is its good abrasion performance, favorable durability, and light weight, suitable for all kinds of lotion. It is usually used to fabricate makeup bags, barrel bags, and so on.

Neoprene

Neoprene is originally and specially used by divers because of its outstanding performance. It has gradually become general and popular. The dominant feature of neoprene is its light weight and good breathability, and it will not get heavier in the water. We usually use neoprene to fabricate all kinds of packs and handbags.
