Pig Processing Plant for Chaishan Foods
Chaishan Foods Co. Ltd. is a large-scale pork producer in Taiwan. In 2013, they decided to build a large-scale pig processing plant in Mainland China. The plant was planned to implement high efficiency slaughtering and then the pig carcasses will be transported to Taiwan for further processing.
Prior to this project, Chaishan had never used a slaughter line made in China, but they were interested when they heard about our strengths and contacted us. They came to our factory for a tour and we made a deal. We have since manufactured a complete pig slaughter line for Chaishan. The slaughter line is composed of a scalding and dehairing machine and a arm robot splitting saw. It was put into operation successfully in 2013.
The high efficiency slaughter line can process 3000 pigs per shift. Chaishan was very satisfied with the operating efficiency and overall design. When their headquarters decided to update production equipment in 2018, they did not hesitate to come to us to purchase a bleeding conveyor, spiral dehairing machine, and more.
