The automatic soldering system consists of 1 double soldering head automatic soldering machine, 2 turnover mechanisms and 3 load transferring mechanisms. According to customer’s requirements, different equipment stations could be set for product transport direction change, product rotation at any angle, free soldering at any position and flexible connection to transport rails with various directions and different heights, which achieves lower production cost, higher production efficiency, much less occupied space and higher versatility.
