Testing
We perform sampling tests and inspection in every production cycle in order to reduce property defects. On each production line, we have assigned skilled inspectors to ensure our packaging bags are compliant with customer standards.
One key part of our inspection work is cleanliness and hygiene as we produce food-grade FIBC bags. Our company has passed the BRC Certificate and obtained the recognition of many food manufacturers.
To better control the property and quality of plastic woven bags, we will carry out a pre-test before manufacturing. The testing items include drawing quality, weaving density, coating, color and specifications. When all details and parameters reach standards, we will start mass production. All finished bags will be finally tested by employees before entering warehouse.
