Application
The SWM618 wheel loader is used for loading or transporting sands, sandstone, coal residue, and so on for road construction,environmental sanitation, and the small and medium-sized civil engineering, orin the station, warehouses and other places. It can be combined with autotrucks of 3-5 tonsto load and unload goods. It can conductbulldozing, digging, hoisting and other operations.
Performance Features
1. The wheel loader uses a hydro-mechanical transmission which canmake full use of engine power and can have automatic variable transmissionaccording to the external resistance. Itavoids power failure ofthe engine due to the suddenly increased external load. Thewheel loader can absorb andeliminate the vibration and impact of external load on engine. It protectsthe drive system and engine, increases the service life, facilitates the operation and achieves higher economical andproduction efficiency.
2. The wheelloader uses thecentral articulated frame and load sensing hydraulic steering gear. The machine can achieveshortturning radius and superpositionof the front and rear tracks upon turning (this will ensure safe driving). The wheelloader hasthe advantages of easy operation on narrow site, flexible operation,safety,convenient maintenance and so on.
3.The wheel loaderuses four-wheel drive, low-pressurewide base off-road tires and an oscillating rearaxle, so it hassound off-road performance, good trafficability and larger traction.
4.The wheel loader is equipped with a single-pipe type hydraulic four-wheelbrake.
5.The wheel loaderhas a fully enclosed cab and the seats have the functions of vibration reductionand easy adjustment. The machine offers the driver a comfortable drive and wide view.
