Storage Tank
The storage tank is utilized for the containment of fruits or vegetables pulped from ingredients such as chili, onion, carrot, tomato, strawberry, and blackberry. The single layer standing tank has a closed structure and regulates capacity through the implementation of liquid level-gauging devices such as the ABB transmitter and the fully automatic online linkage controller. The vessel body is crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel. Tank interior and exterior are crafted from either #250 or 3042B polished steel. The tank inlet is connected to the pulping machine outlet. The tank outlet is connected to the material pump. Our storage tank offers stable performance and is equipped with a manhole, cleaning ball, and blending machine. Manual operation is both simple and convenient.
