The BHM series tri-lobe Roots blower is built with technology learned from Hi-Bar Blowers Inc., which measures up to international standards. As a specialized Roots blower manufacturer, we supply these Roots superchargers in a total of 8 models, including 4506, 4509, 4512, 6010, 6016, 8021, 8026, and 8032.
Features of Tri-Lobe Roots Blower
1. Compressing the air or other gas produces heat. The higher the speed, the more intense heat the blower produces. This rotary lobe blower is air-cooled, being able to compress the content to a higher pressure (of 103KPa) than a water-cooled blower can do.
2. A lightweight, space-saving alternative to European or American style rotary blower. Allows both vertical and horizontal flow configuration.
3. Delivers high rotary speed, all the while saving around 5% energy.
4. The lobe pump rotor features three equally spaced lobes which resemble a clover leaf and are made of nodular cast iron for great rigidity, strength and torque resistance.
5. SKF or FAG bearings, lip seals, and SKF-brand O-rings are used for reliable quality.
6. SAE8620 high-precision case-hardened timing gear, paired with keyless locking device and expansion sleeve, ensures precise gear engagement, quiet running, long life and steady transmission.
7. Multi-lip seal prevents leakage.
8. Rigid blower casing is made of HT250 cast iron for maximum reliability at high pressure.
9. Oil tank is made of aluminum alloy, dispersing heat quickly.
10. Advanced belt tension control allows for easy maintenance.
11. Uniquely designed muffler ensures a quiet operation.
An acoustic shield (enclosure) is available upon customer request to further reduce noise level to below 85dB(A).
