Built with technology learned from Hi-Bar Blowers Inc., the BHM series Roots vacuum pump is available in various models. Also called the booster pump, vacuum booster, or the Roots booster, the Roots vacuum pump is widely used in a variety of vacuum applications.
Features of Roots Vacuum Pump
1. This Roots pump is specially designed to reduce noise and vibration during operation and effectively cooled via a process known as counter-flow cooling for maximum safety.
2. SKF seals and bearings, paired with tri-lobe rotors made of nodular cast iron, secures that the Roots vacuum pump exhibits better dynamic balance and is able to bear higher load.
3. High-precision case-hardened timing gear ensures accurate position control and reduced noise. Drive shaft is supported by roller bearing at one end. Bearings at both ends of the driven shaft are lubricated via splash lubrication for longer use life.
4. Multi-lip seals prevents oil tank from pollution, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of lubricating oil.
5. Thanks to the large-capacity oil tank, the temperature in the pumping chamber is greatly reduced for a longer use life of lubricating oil.
