Application
High configuration capacitor discharge resistance welding machine is mainly applied to screw nut and multi spot projection welding process and has unique advantage in hot-forming steel and galvanized steel screw nut projection welding.
Description
Heron provides two types structures of standard capacitor discharge resistance welding machine: C type and portal type, which is equipped with HRC211 dedicated controller, CDWH series capacitor discharge welder and real-time quality control system aiming to improve the continuous reliability of welding quality. Besides, the system also supports transmission of welding parameter to external computer during the welding process.
