Melting Holding Furnace, using Diesel Burner
The advantage of melting and holding furnace using diesel as fuel is that its cost for unit heat emission is lower. Transportation and storage expenses for diesel are cheaper as it is more economical than using natural gas or liquified petroleum gas as fuel. The viscosity of diesel is smaller than heavy crude oil. It can undergo complete combustion without preheating to obtain same combustion effect as the burning with gas fuel. Countries including Turkey, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, etc. implement diesel as fuel.
Custom-made products for previous customersIn November 2016, customer from Uganda paid a visit to our factory. The customer decided to purchase the 8 tons melting and holding furnace production line from us which using diesel as fuel. In Uganda, diesel is relatively cheaper compared to natural gas, LPG and electricity. According to the actual condition in the place, we adopted the suggestions from our customers and eventually had an agreement to custom-made the 8 tons melting and casting furnace for our customer.
