Rapid Quenching Furnaces
Our rapid quenching furnace is used for aluminum heat treatment, particularly rapid quenching of aluminum wheel loads, aluminum frames, aluminum castings and various aluminum alloy products that quickly enter the water or air cooler after the holding time. The workpiece time in the water should be controlled to within 10 seconds, with the water tank temperature ranging between 60℃-90℃.
- A short transfer time ensures the quench annealing of aluminum alloys.
- The furnace door is equipped with a self-locking mechanism to ensure positive sealing.
- A fan featuring large capacity, high wind pressure and a high-temperature resistance is used to generate sufficient air circulation and wind pressure.
- The hot air diversion system ensures the stable and reliable uniformity of the furnace temperature.
- Equipped with temperature control system, the rapid quenching furnace effectively suppresses temperature inertia.

The rapid quenching furnace is a vertical furnace composed of the furnace body, steel bracket, detachable furnace cover, furnace lining, electrical heating element, circulation fan, air duct plate, furnace bottom door, double speed lifting mechanism, material rack, quenching tank, conveyor, control system, power distribution cabinet/control cabinet, and pneumatic system.
