Specifications
- Type: molten bath
- Shape: square
- Energy: natural Gas
- Structure: furnace casing, furnace lining, molten bath, electronic control system, combustion mechanism
Working Principle
The reverberatory furnace is utilized to melt non-ferrous metals like aluminum and zinc alloys. It is especially suitable for cooperative use with die casting machines for melting and holding secondary aluminum scrap.
Features
- The material poured in the molten bath will not stick to the aluminum, which effectively controls the penetration of the molten metal into the material.
- Natural gas burning heating source to achieve fast melting speed.
- The furnace is directly heated by the flame to achieve high heat utilization and good heat preservation effect, and the gas consumption for melting one ton of aluminum is about 90m3.
- The electronic control system automatically controls the operation of the burner according to the temperature inside the furnace to maximize energy efficiency.
- The temperature control accuracy of molten aluminum can be up to ±5, which ensures the product quality and effectively reduces the defective index.
- The crucible lasts many years, minimizing replacement costs.
