The LLBQ type drive is the third generation of our company.
1. The structure of the PCP surface drive head is simple and compact. The vertical spindle of the motor is parallel to the spindle of the spindle box to reduce a pair of spiral bevel gears. (If the spindle of the motor is placed horizontally, bevel gears must be employed to change the direction).
2. The first reduction stage is realized by a pair of belt pulleys, for a conventional reduction ratio of 4.2. For the 6-pole motor, the spindle speed is about 220r / min. During frequency conversion by the control cabinet, the spindle speed can be 100-300r / min. It can meet the different speed requirements of various PC pumps.
3. The surface drive head is easy to operate and maintain with a long service life. With the absence of traditional reduction methods replaced by spiral bevel gears, this vertical transmission surface drive head makes the gearbox a simple spindle box. It simplifies the internal structure to make maintenance and disassembly easier, and to reduce the wear of the internal structure.
