HB320Q Three Colour Sandal Injection Moulding Machine

It is used for producing single-colour, two-colour and three-colour foam or non-foam soles, sandals and slippers. The applicable materials are TPR, PVC and PUR. The purposes of these measures are to protect operators.

  • Safety door is installed to allow operators to shut down the injection machine when malfunctions happen.
  • Photoelectric switch can stop the injection moulding machine if operators accidentally extend their hands into the working machine.
  • Turn table anti-lift switch sends electric signals to shut down the injection moulding machine to prevent the turn table from moving away from the wheel.
  • Emergency stop button allows operators to close the injection moulding machine when something unusual happens.
  • Safety net is set up to prevent misoperation.
  • The safety sign indicates potentially dangerous zones.
Auxiliary Equipment
  • Cooling tower is installed to bring down the temperature of hydraulic oil and raw materials;
