Introduction

The non-crucible furnace is widely used for melting and holding of small aluminum ingots die-cast by a die casting machine below 500T. The interior of the furnace is made of high-grade refractory and thermal insulation material, which is integrally cast and molded to ensure the average temperature of the furnace surface is below 55°C, thus effectively reducing energy consumption and improving the high-temperature working environment.

  • The non-crucible furnace uses an integrated thyristor proportional output control to effectively ensure the molten aluminum quality.
