PGLA absorbable sutures are braided, absorbable surgical sutures suitable for general soft tissue closure and ligation. As one of the most promising biomedical materials, PGLA sutures are widely applicable. Composed of 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide, these violet-colored sutures feature a polyglactin 30/70 and calcium stearate coating, offering excellent degradation with an absorption period of 56-70 days. The suturing needle, made from high-quality medical-grade stainless steel, minimizes tissue damage and promotes healing.
