1. Powerful propulsion and rotating mechanisms
The rotating mechanism is driven by a high-power hydraulic motor, which can provide powerful torque reserve. Thus the drill bit is less likely to be jammed. The super power hydraulic motor driven propulsion mechanism can generate as high as 20kN rising power to adjust the pressure regulating valve on the propulsion pilot valve, so that a proper propelling force for our medium pressure crawler drilling rig can be achieved.
2. Centralized operation control system
The advanced hydraulic system and pneumatic system are under centralized control, making the operation quite simple. The hydraulic operating valve can make the drill boom rise and swing, and drive the drill rig pitch, tilt, move forward and backward, and so on. The drilling performance of our medium pressure crawler drilling rig is quite stable. By controlling the pneumatic valve, you can make the oil pump start-up, and drive the vehicle advance, lift, rotate, strike, and so on. Thus the drilling vehicle could achieve a high drilling efficiency.
