Portable CNC plasma and flame cutting machine can cut efficiently and effectively just like conventional CNC cutting machines do. The cutting machine’s edge over conventional manual devices lies in its equipment of a double-sides drive that provides stable operation and high cutting precision. The cutter has two cutting modes—plasma and flame, which enable it to cut a variety of materials, such as carbon steel plate with different thickness, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal. The portable CNC cutting machine is also able to conduct numerical profile cutting since a capacitor sensor will be activated in plasma cutting mode, and in flame mode, an automatic arc voltage height controller will be triggered, facilitating the machine to control the height and quality of the cutting. The machine’s compact structure and affordable price make it especially suitable for small- and medium-size machining companies.
