Railway Bolt
Depending on which part they are applied to, railway bolts can be divided into track bolt and clip bolt.
Track bolt is also known as fish bolt, which is one of the most important rail fasteners. It is used to fasten and connect two rails, of which the dimension changes as rail section requirements update. Generally, track bolt is used in combination with railway washer and nut to fasten track tightly. According to the shapes, track bolts can be classified into button head oval neck, diamond neck, square head, hex head track bolts etc.
Clip bolt is also called clamp bolt, inserted bolt, T-bolt. Used in conjunction with nut and washer for fastening of rail pad, sleeper and rail, it can play a good role in shockproof and shock absorption.
Depending on application conditions, clip bolts have a wide variety of specifications, grading from 4.6/5.6/8.8/10.9/12.9. The surface is required to be natural, electrogalvanized, hot-dip galvanized or dacromet etc.

We produce rail bolt and clip bolt for concrete sleeper and crane rail. The diameter is 18mm and 22mm, its length varies from 125mm to 195mm, the railway bolt material is in accordance with UIC864-2, and the grade is 4.6 and 5.6.
We produce the short clip bolt and long clip bolt with BSW thread for the African market. Round or square necks are mainly used with steel sleeper assemblies together with rail clips.
