Paper machine clothing for forming section in paper machinery
For forming sections in packaging paper production, we recommend 2.5-layer forming fabric. The significant advantage provided by this 2.5-layer forming fabric is an increased weft density on the sheet side based on the weft ratio of 2:1. The advantages are higher fiber support index (FSI), mechanical retention and tensile strength. On the bottom side, good wear resistance is provided by the 5 and above sheds (8-shed and 10-shed optional). Seam strength and dewatering efficiency are guaranteed by this particular design.
