Press Brake Tooling
Application
As a basic accessory of press brake, the press brake tooling is used to bend stainless steel plates, galvanized sheets, Q235 plates etc. into the specific shapes through its upper and lower molds based on customer's requirements.
The upper and lower molds of press brake need be provided with high strength, high toughness and excellent abrasion performance. T10A, 42CrMo, 6CrW2Si and other materials are generally adopted. Processed by overall heat treatment processing reduces the repair frequency of the molds.
Features- Adopting special heat treatment with overall quenching, the press brake tooling is featured by high hardness, good abrasion resistance, large pressure bearing.
- The product surface can be treated with polishing, blackening etc., durable and beautiful.
Custom made
The press brake tooling has several types like L type, R type, U type, Z type. the upper mold has different angles of 90 degree, 88 degree, 45 degree, 30 degree, 20 degree, 15 degree. The lower mold has single / double slot with 4-18V width, R lower mold, acute angle lower mold, flattening mold etc. The upper and lower molds are divided into subsection and whole. The upper mold subsection is generally 300mm, 200mm, 100mm, 50mm, 40mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm; the whole is 835mm.The lower mold subsection is generally 400mm, 200mm, 100mm, 50mm, 40mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm; the whole is 835mm. According to metal sheets' material hardness, thickness, length, suitable upper and lower molds are selected. The customized length can reach 6000mm.
