Impregnated Diamond Bits, Core Drill Bits
Impregnated diamond bits are the most commonly used bits in mineral exploration. The drill bit keeps self-sharpening during the drilling process to maintain the performance. The matrix layer of the crown contains a uniform distribution of these crystals that are embedded in a powdered metal bond.
SpecificationsWe are able to provide various waterways to achieve best drilling efficiency.
Standard Waterway
Can be used on most impregnated core bits
Great fluid circulation from the inside to the outside
Available with wider or larger waterway configurations
Turbo-style Configuration
Drill bits with higher matrix available in 16mm, 18mm, 20mm and 26mm can effectively ensure the drill bits with longer service life and less change of drill bit, a good choice for deep hole drilling jobs.s
Face Discharge Configuration
Recommended for very soft and broken ground
The face discharge ports offer excellent flushing to prevent blockages in the waterway channels
Available with wider or larger waterway configurations
Vortex Waterway
Recommended for very hard, High Abrasiveness and broken ground.
Available with wider or larger waterway configurations
The conventional drill bits with 10mm-high matrix can meet almost all needs, they are highly cost-effective.
Drill bits with higher matrix available in 16mm and 26mm can effectively ensure the drill bits with loner service life and less change of drill bits, a good choice for deep hole drilling woks.
Directional drilling bits are used for directional drilling, with the drill bits circular cross-section designed and the central waterway being well designed.
Wedging bits are made to set wedges in the bore hole to alter the drilling direction.

For some special and complicated rock formations, it’s necessary to customize drill bits according to practical conditions of the layers. We are able to provide design services and professional consulting team to effectively save time and cost for our customers.
Features of Impregnated Diamond Bits- This diamond tool features fast penetration rate, because the matrix of our impregnated diamond bits is specially designed (it is designed to expose new diamonds to the bits' cutting face as wear occurs).
- Help reduce the cost for diamond drilling: our impregnated diamond bits are manufactured to give optimum penetration rates and service life.
- The hardness and abrasiveness of the formation to be drilled largely determined the optimum diamond size, concentration and matrix type, etc.
