Henkel Loctite 3513 epoxy adhesive is a single component silver epoxy adhesive specifically designed for automated assembly and inline curing operations. This low viscosity electrically conductive adhesive can achieve fast curing at high temperatures, and offer high adhesion strength. Featured by high heat resistance after curing, no bleed and good dispensing behavior, this epoxy adhesive can withstand operating temperature up to 150°C and has a long shelf life at room temperature.
