Twin Screw Testing Extruder
Our twin screw testing extruder is the first mini type multifunction twin screw extruder in China and adopts a patent design. It uses screws of ф32mm. In order to carry out different productions, the twin screw testing extruder can use many combinations of the screws and machine barrels of different length according to different material and product character.
The twin screw testing food extruder uses a special distributor case and bearing. It features multi-point temperature control and pressure measurement. It offers an advanced touch screen, HMI, and help system. The temperature and electric systems are controlled by high performance PLC and can display real-time parameters and record working status of each part.
This twin screw testing extruder has three models available: DS32-VII, DS32-IA and DS32-IIA. Their output is 10-15kg/h. Their total power is 11Kw. Their actual power consumption is 6Kw. Their dimensions are 2.5×0.9×2.0m, 2.0×0.6×1.5m, 2.0×0.6×1.5m, respectively.
