The KMD 360T paper folding machine is used for folding paper of different sizes and thicknesses, and can be equipped with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 buckles to carry out a variety of folding operations such as a roll fold, Z fold and other folding methods, as well as a variety of complex folding methods, including half folding, double parallel folding and other folding methods simply by adding a knife and tail buckle. The maximum paper size is 360 x 750mm, and the machine is used for a variety of printing processes, including outer packaging, brochures, manuals, newspapers and more.

Currently, the main combination for main buckles, tail buckle and knife folding systems is as follows:

The folding system includes a paper feeding system, a paper folding system, and a delivery system.

• 
  Paper feeding system
  The paper feeding system will automatically feed paper, and the paper can be placed at a thickness of 500 mm at a time, and the paper feeding table can be moved up and down.
• 
  Pull gauge (guide plate)
  It allows for automatic positioning to correct the orientation of incoming paper.
• 
  Vacuum wheel and infrared detecting sensors of feeding wheel
  When the paper has a certain distance from the feeding wheel, the infrared detecting sensors will automatically detect where the paper is, and move the feeding table into the appropriate location to replenish the paper feed.

  Single sheet detection device
  The device ensures that only one sheet of paper will be used at a time during machine operation. If two or more pass through at the same time, the device will automatically suspend operation.

  Detecting sensors
  The electric detecting sensors are used to calculate the number of sheets, feed the values back to the PLC control system and present them on the screen.

  PLC
  PLC control system uses high-performance electrical components, OMRON brand operating screens with Chinese/English modes can be switched.
• Folding roller
  Threaded folding rollers increase the friction so that it won’t slip even when handling paper with high smoothness.
• Buckle plate adjustment device
  There are two types of buckle plate adjustment devices: coarse adjustment devices and fine adjustment devices. According to the customer's requirements, we first make a rough adjustment with the accuracy of 1cm; if there is a deviation after the machine is adjusted, we then carry out fine adjustment with the precision of 1mm.
• Creasing device
  The creasing device is capable of pressing the paper before the tail buckle presses in order to facilitate paper folding via the tail buckle.

• Tail buckle: If the number of buckle plates is not enough, you can configure the tail buckle to increase the number of folds and folding method.
• Knife folding unit: realizes the paper half folding alone or combines with the folding machine to complete the method of cross folding.
• Tail buckle transition table: a transition device that can transport hard paper to the tail buckle. If the paper is too thick, the device will press it in the middle.
• Vertical paper stacker: Align the paper and arrange it neatly.
